What will my personalized item look like?


We will send you a picture of a mock up proof of your personalized item before we start working on it. Be sure to look for it from proofs@robotpandacreations.com. We will not start the process of creating your item until we get your OK and you are happy. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder for the email. If you haven't gotten it within 24 hours, please send us an email to alert us.




How long does it take you to make an order?


We make all of our custom products as they are ordered. This generally takes 2-3 business days from start to finish. If there is a proof approval needed for a personalized item, we cannot start the process until we receive that approval email. If there are any circumstances where there would be a longer delay, we will notify you immediately.




What if there is a mistake?


Please be sure to read our Return Policy here. We want you to be pleased 100% with your purchase. We try to avoid any mistakes on personalized items by sending you the mock up proof in advance, but we are human. We will replace or fix any items with mistakes at no cost to you. How will my item be shipped? How much does it cost?


We offer Free Shipping for all orders over $35.00. We ship your purchase USPS Priority Mail when possible. USPS Parcel Select or UPS Ground may also be used. We charge a reasonable flat rate per item ranging from $7- $16 depending on the weight/size of the item.




Do you take custom orders?


Yes! Just let us know what you have in mind and we will work with you on making it happen. In addition to the cost of the custom piece, there will be a $10 Design and Set Up Fee to start the design process. This will be charged to you in two separate invoices.

First invoice: $10 Non-Refundable Design and Set Up Fee- when this is paid we will start creating your design & send you a proof to approve. Once you approve the item, we will apply the $10 towards your total cost.

Second invoice: Cost of Item & Shipping -when this is paid, we will produce the custom item and ship it to you.




What materials do you use to create your products?


We use only high quality materials in the production of our items. Some examples of the product brands we use: Lowe's Stain Grade Edge Glued Pine Wood General Finishes Stain Minwax Polycrylic Oracal 651 Outdoor Permanent Premium Vinyl Gorilla Glue Hot Glue Hobby Lobby Florals Michaels Canvases Golden Artist Colors Acrylic Paint While we have seen some great designs using dollar store products, we want you to know that we are using high quality materials for our products so they will last you for years to come.
