Shipping & Returns
Everything we make is handmade after you order. If you order a personalized piece, we will send you an email with a mock-up proof of your item to approve before we start the process. You will receive this email within 24 hours of your order. Please check your spam/junk folder as we have been getting reports that the email is showing up there. If you haven't heard from us, please send us an email to resolve the problem.
Once we get your approval, we will begin the work. Orders will be shipped Priority Mail via the US Postal Service within 3-5 business days after your approval. You will receive a tracking number notice to track the shipment.
If there are any delays due to unforeseen circumstances or an incredibly high volume of orders, we will notify you ASAP by email.
Return & Exchange Policy
We hope that our hard work paid off and that you like what you received! We make each personalized item to order, and we don’t carry inventory. Everything that Robot Panda Creations creates is made to order by the mother-daughter team of Tonya & Emily Bauer. We guarantee 100% satisfaction with your purchase. We want you to display your item in your home proudly. Please read the About section to learn who we are and how we came to create this company. If something isn't right, send us an email.
If you find your item has been misspelled, please refer to your email with the picture proof that you approved in advance and make sure that we had the correct information. If we made a mistake, we are happy to make it right.
Actual colors and setting of the design on the wood may vary due to color calibration of individual monitor settings: Colors may vary from individual monitor settings and created material due to the variation in inks, printers, print settings, stains, and wood types. These varying factors influence the final product appearance of colors on printed material. We will do everything to accurately represent the digital image on our website and the final product.
Our custom wood pieces are stained and created by hand with care by Emily & Tonya, and the final product will represent that. They will not look like they were made in a factory and rolled off a production line. We take pride in our final product and hope that you will love the results of our hard work.
Major Flaws? Defects that make the product unusable? Let’s take a look at the matter together. We are happy to fix the problem. Please take a photo and send it to us at email@example.com.
If your item was damaged during shipping, is defective, or there are missing or incorrect items, you must notify us immediately within 7 days of receiving the item(s) so that we may send a replacement. If we are not notified within 7 days, we reserve the right to refuse any damage or missing item claims after this period, as it becomes much harder for us to process shipping claims with the delay.
If your item came damaged, please save your packaging and send us an email right away with the full order information and photos to make a damage claim. We will replace defective or damaged items.
